  The worse DQ . The ice cream cake that I bought taste sour. The milk they use is bad. Imagine bringing the cake in the party and its all ruined with a bad Ice cream cake.

  My kid picked the one on the DQ APP last year, and we received the one that was not even close! They said that they don't offer cream lettering on the cake. Can you believe it？I had to buy candles with plastic letters instead. Never visit this DQ again!

  They made my nieces Birthday cake with a picture of her on it and it was so well done and delicious

  I'm giving a zero star review even though you have to put at least one star, as this is the worst experience I've had at any DQ in Canada. I ordered a turtles blizzard. Walked out to the parking lot as I was eating it. Sat down in my car, continuing to eat, and found out that only the top had ingredients. 3/4's of it was just ice cream. I walked back into the mall to their location, and requested the staff to remake my order, to which they agreed. As the employee handed me the new blizzard, she asked me to check it, to which I did only to find out that it was exactly the same thing. The employee stated that they only put 3 scoops of the requested ingredient, and that it would cost more for added scoops. I feel that it must only be a teaspoon amount, and clearly not enough for the amount of ice cream to even be considered a blizzard. Very poor for whoever runs this location. No other stores are like this. Will not be purchasing from this DQ ever again.

  The old guy here is straight up rude. I kept giving him chances, but I’m done. Every time I come in, the experience is worse. His customer service is terrible and he clearly doesn’t care. I’m not coming back. All the reviews says same about him.
