  I had an appointment at Peel Memorial and figured, what the heck, I'm going to go to DQ. Let me preface this, I haven't been to a DQ in almost 20 years. First thing I noticed was how impeccably clean the parking lot was. Not a slip of paper or garbage anywhere. I went in, and the Owner/Manager said "What will it be today?" I told him it had been forever since I was there, the last thing I had ordered was a Hot Fudge Brownie Delight. He said "Wow, it has been a long time, it's been off the menu for years!" Then he said, "Would you like me to make you one?" Well YES PLEASE was my response. And he did. The younger people who were working kept asking him what he was making as they had never seen one before. I took that Sundae, sat in my car....no radio....no phone....just pure Hot Fudge Brownie Delight bliss. Thank you for bringing back wonderful memories. You never know how much joy that simple act made.

  I just feel like this location is way to small for how busy it always is and for some reason orders always seem to take long to get as if people are always under training.

  Bad front desk experience, the employee shows very bad attitude. I mistakenly ordered a different flavour and I corrected it even before billing. I even asked if that order is been done i can take that one. The billing person said its ok and billed by corrected flavour cone. Meanwhile the other person who already picked my wrong flavour looked at me and throwed the whole ice cream in front of eyes into the dustbin. I never waste any food and this makes me very unhappy the way they pointed at me and throwing it to garbage. The employees need to learn some social skills.

  DQ Brampton – Kodioz loved the Royal Oreo ice cream and the chocolate-dipped cone. Creamy, crunchy, no skimping. Quick service 😊.
