  Daniel provides amazing customer service! I've been to this location a few times. My last visit I wanted a cob salad but the cashiers (lead) said they didnt have any tomatoes. I asked if they could put extras in one of the ingredients to substitute for not having anymore tomatoes. I was told I would have to pay extra. I was baffled since its not my fault they were out of an ingredient, and as a business you would want to go the extra distance to keep your customers coming back. I ended up ordering something different, but wasnt satisfied with it. Daniel happened to be walking around to check on customers, I noticed he was one of the managers so I told him about the situation. He was so kind and helpful, he brought us a salad to make up for the experience we had. There were also alot of kids in and out, one came in playing his music really loud and Daniel handled the situation really well. I came back today and Daniel was very welcoming.

  Went to Chic Fil for the first time today and Channelle made the experience from start to finish wonderful! It was my first visit so I was unsure of what I wanted, Channelle was patient and kind! I even ended up purchasing a large waffle fries because of her charming personality. The two spicy chicken burgers and waffles fries were delicious, especially with the two dips Channelle recommended. As I was leaving the resturant I said to my husband, “wow, honestly that’s the best customer service interaction I’ve had in a while”. Although we didn’t dine in, I noticed that the seating area was very clean and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience.

  Worse Store I have even seen, They should let gig workers to use washroom. I went to pickup uber order and want to use washroom but they want me to make purchases to use washroom. I had high pressure, this is unacceptable I went to other store only to use washroom which makes the order 5 min late to destination. For kind information, there is Ontario legislation allowing delivery workers to use business washrooms. DO NOT VIOLATE our HUMAN RIGHTS..

  I am an uber driver. Today, I have pickup for the food delivery from here. The women in the black outfit (indian), i don't know whether she's a supervisor or team leader. Her behavior with the delivery drivers is so rude. At the time of pickup, first she ask me for the thermal bag, when I grab it from car and enter the store again, she was not there. I picked up the stuff and place it in the bag, suddenly, in very rude tone she stopped me and in place of saying please, confirm the order for me, she said, "very nice you are taking food without confirming" knowing that both in my hands i am carrying the stuff. I felt very bad the way she talk to me. I request, please look after the behavior of your staff and taught them some lessons to serve people.

  Finally tried Chick-fil-A for the 1st time. I had their deluxe chicken sandwich and mac & cheese side (since the photo of the fries on the display looked bland). The Chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. However, the mac & cheese was too salty. Cheese already has sodium no need to add more and it tasted like they added more. The atmosphere was amazing since they actually hire an actual diverse group of people instead of the Brampton usual. They all seemed happy and their smiles seemed more genuine than the Golden Arches used to be before they tried to automate everything. Also, for some reason, even the other patrons were unusually friendly and everyone said hello or smiled at me. I felt like I was some sort of a celebrity. NOTE: the washroom is passcode protected and the code is found at the bottom of the receipt so don't throw it out as another patron did, they still opened it for her so no worries. Nifty way to ensure only paying customers use it and minimize chances of ending up with Tim's bio-hazard washrooms.
