  Tried to contact but there was technical issue at date time page! Its 2919 Queen St E, Brampton, ON L6V 4K2 i went to get chicken fries for my hungry gr son. I was the ONLY customer then but the pakistani man was busy talking to a girl who came to drop resume & instead of asking her to wait, he made me , the customer wait for 5-7 minutes. He was so rude & mannerless. He talked bad way when my card had to be inserted into machine again 😡

  I just came from this BK and I wanted to use my rewards to get a meal, I have never used my points before so I asked the staff if they could help me use it but no 1 knew how to you the reward app, so I asked the man that worked there if anyone there knew how to do it and he disappeared so I left Very disappointed with that store. All staff should be trained on how to use the app if there going to have it. I'm reading the reviews and you can totally see there is a problem there, I don't know why head office isn't dealing with this problem. Something like this should be taken care of right away with a visit to see what's going on here cause it seems no one cares.

  Not only did I have to wait 20 minuets for my order.. it was absolutely disgusting cold fries and the mozzarella sticks were so nasty - I was going to fill out the survey online but they don’t give you receipts for the store number , then I tried to call them and to my surprise the number is not in service terrible place never going here again what a waste

  I came by drive thru i order my two fish one of them make meal that girl rajneet said me come back after five minutes when I come back I get only two fish burger I ask her my drink and fires missing she angree on me close the window Very hardly please train the people who take order properly I ask her where is my fries and drink she said I have another car behind next time I am thinking to come back so improve your service

  Oh man ! Can you please hire someone who cannot literally get in an argument with a customer for 2 dollars . All i ordered was a veggie meal and i asked , if i can get a small drink in the meal rather than a medium drink because i tend to drink less soda . And they gave me an extra item of small fries added to the bill and what happens next when i ask to clarify , is that I AM WRONG and that i said I NEEDED an extra item ! Wow !! like , do i had to argue with this woman for over 5 mins over a misplaced order and 2 dollars owing . Now i am with my meal giving 10 more minutes to write this review before i start eating it . What a Bad experiance , pathetic service and no purpose of coming back to burger king again if this is what a customer gets back overall ! And lastly the drive thru window shut on me for letting me know to not order here again !
