  Ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich from Burger King around 11:30 PM and was told to wait six minutes and circle back in the drive-thru. Got home 25 minutes later to find the sandwich completely missing ingredients basically just a bun and a chicken patty🤣🤣🤣

  I ordered on Uber Eats I ordered a Mango dragon fruit drink I received a pink coloured sprite. the chicken sandwich was dry and had no mayo on it. I also did not receive the apple pie I ordered … I'm convinced they rush and do not pay attention this is the 4th time I received wrong/ incomplete order at this location!

  Listen, I showed up right after they opened on a Thursday so I can't speak for any other day but I was the only customer and all my food was fresh and amazing. Judging from the reviews on this location you don't wanna gi on certain days at certain times. But I assure you; 10am on a Thursday your food will be hot and fresh lol

  I ordered dinner through my app and part of my order was their chicken fries. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they don't carry chicken fries at this location. So I asked for a refund for the chicken fries. They told me they cannot refund the money because I ordered it through the app but if I go through the app, they could issue a refund since they don't carry chicken fries. I asked why do they have it on their menu if they don't carry it? Most apps/ places tell you if something is not available and if something is out of stock they refund you your money since they charged you for food that they cannot deliver. They don't make you go through the "app". I asked if they can replace it with something else of equal value and again they said no, you have to go through the app. After going through the app to ask for a refund and several emails later, I was basically told I could have a $10 coupon that has to be used within 30 days, cannot be used with other offers and a whole list of other restrictions or nothing at all. Those were my only 2 options. How does a company get away with charging people for food, not have it in stock and then say sorry, you don't get your money back, nor do you get the food you order?!?!? I see someone else posted a similar situation about missing food and not being able to get a refund for the missing burger. So, I would caution people using the app, basically you can order food, pay for it using the app and not get your food or your money back. It's so unethical!!

  We waited 15 min for 1 meal, had to go inside to get it. The manger kept asking customers to keep looping back around in the drive through as nothing was ready. 4 employees working and nothing being done….what a joke. So much for fast food. Worst customer service!
