  I ordered 4, 6 inch subs, delivered by Uber eats as my daughter wanted subs for her 21st birthday. None of the subs had cheese and the funny thing is I was supposed to have a steak and cheese but no cheese, my daughter ordered a ham and cheese with lettuce and no cheese, my other daughter wanted a cold cut with lettuce, pickles, cucumber peppers and cheddar cheese...they put tomatoes on it, no tomatoes were asked for and again no cheese. I won't even get into what was wrong with my son in laws subs. I called to notify them that our order was wrong. The lady on the other end proceeded to be rude and vague with me that my subs were what I ordered, they are in fact not. She continued to argue with me that they were correct...again not even close. I asked if they could remake them properly and she hung up on me. I called back and still tried to discuss this like an adult but she still argued and proceeded to say " you will eat your subs" and hung up on me again..this is why im writing this. I spent $46 to make my daughter for her 21st birthday and this woman stole her special dinner. Shame on this business for this. Im sure they would not be happy if it happened to them. I am in customer service myself and I would NEVER talk to a customer this way...EVER!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO ORDET FROM!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! The lady that answers the phone is very rude and even laughed at me during the call.

  Ordered deal of the day in the early evening and they charged me regular price. When I questioned it, she said the deal of day is only for middle of day (doesn't say that anywhere). This location just lost a loyal 10 year customer.

  The person making the sandwich was completing an online order. He didn't move the receipt he was reading ahead so it was touching my sandwich. Once eating we found a hair in our sandwich. Threw it out. We love subway, we were very disappointed.

  Short aunty was extremely rude just threw everything in the bag and her attitude was bad but as always I love subway but just not the customer service
