  This location never fills the fries fully and it’s honestly infuriating. You pay extra for bigger size and prices have inflated and you still get ripped off! Both my large fries in this order were barely filled and it’s a constant pattern with this location especially. (Photo taken in state I received them.)

  The large fries are getting less than usual most of times the large fries only half of that container and the amount of fries equals middle size of fries but I paid for the large size of fries not middle size of fries so hopefully they can adjust this kind of cheating on their customers

  Visited this location with my child and had a disappointing experience. After waiting 15 minutes for a tea, a smoothie, and two pies, I was told they didn’t have blueberry pie. There was no communication about this while we were waiting. When I raised the issue, the manager/supervisor told me I could either pick something else or get a refund, with no effort to resolve the situation. Poor customer service and not acceptable.

  Drive thru was crazy they just keep pulling us all ahead to the point there was no parking spots left. I would rather wait in line then be pulled ahead for 10min (for 1 meal nothing crazy) the only reason to pull that many ahead is to make your times "better" so silly

  They are serving the worst food , i am really disappointed with their service. Today i ordered one poutine with no gravy but i got my poutine with gravy and the worst thing was that when I called them the night manager was so rude she ended up the call by saying that call us in the morning as this ordered was served by evening staff so I can’t do nothing that’s how they serve their customers. Sorry guys you need to work on your management .
