  I recently visited the KFC in Bradford and had a positive experience. The food was fresh, hot, and had the classic flavour you expect. The staff were polite and did their best to keep things moving during a busy time. The restaurant looked generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a solid place to stop for a quick meal, and I would come back again.

  The food is overpriced and underwhelming. The manager at 7:10pm on April 9th provided such a bad experience that I will not be returning to this location. There are other options.

  Worst service of life. Kiosks never work, nobody runs the front, bags are anyways a mess with food everywhere.

  The staff are horribly unorganized, extreme difficulty communicating, appear to have almost no idea what they are doing and will randomly decide to have 10 minute conversations with people who aren’t even customers that walk in. If I could give zero stars I would. Only go there if you want to wait over 40 minutes for a 2 piece tender combo.

  Place gave me wraps that had completely different sauce that I ordered both are stale and almost killed my son with an ingredient that wasn't supposed to be on the wrap. I called and they said they could replace one of my 3 wraps. Place is another spot taken over by India
