I know there's a lot of moving parts with food prep, handoff and room for driver error. So I'm not even that upset about it. I called to see if I could just pick it up. Mary greated us at the take out window and has such a big heart. She genuinely felt bad that it was missed. She made sure my food was fresh and was very apologetic. This lady deserves some serious recognition. Thank you Mary for your kindness

I also team leader in mcd(pederson Drive,aurora) at least the staff will acknowledge if something is wrong but the manager and first booth both are rude. If you make something wrong at least they should show some postive behaviour instead of making face specailly first booth.
