  I was there with 2 kids tonite. 2 staff was working one cooking and other one at the cashier. I waited 20 min to place my order. When I ask if she is taking orders the cashier lady mid age with glasses was very rude and saying ‘can’t you see I’m by myself here go and order from the machine. She was also rude with kids. Terrible staff and unprofessional service. Unbelievable McDonald’s is hiring these ignorant people.

  I had a very bad experience today, January 6, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m. The woman at the checkout was very rude and dismissive. She's a woman of average age, with white or yellow hair and glasses. She was truly unsympathetic and rude. I went there to shop with two of my daughters, and the way she responded was, "I'm busy, go and order at the machine." I asked her to please take my order politely, and she replied, "I'm alone here and I'm busy, go and do it at the machine, I don't have time." What if I don't know how to use the machine? Number 2 - There are ways to say things, and she was very rude. 3 - It's not my fault if there isn't more staff there and if she needs help. We all have good and bad moments, but when you hire yourself to work in places with customer service, you should know that you have to be friendly and do your job. That place has always been dirty, full of trash overflowing from the bins, ketchup all over the bar where you serve yourself, papers everywhere, on the floor... and on top of that, we have to put up with the bad attitudes of the staff. I hope you can bring order and attention to this. We are customers and we are paying for good service with kindness, not asking for anything for free. You should train your staff.Besides everything else, the food delivery service was incredibly slow and poor.

  Waited so long for food and when it was received the items were not wrapped properly and it all fell out in the bag

  Very poor service and cold and inattentive behavior Also, the tissue section hasn't been charged for almost an hour, and when you ask them for something, they do it coldly and waste your time.

  got a grilled cheese wasn’t even toasted bruh the cheese wasn’t even melted and the buns weren’t warm and the place is covered in garbage and fries wasted 5 dollars to just throw it out
