    Would give zero stars if possible. Went to buy footlong subways and asked the guy to please pack the subway. He said he will charge extra money around $8 for packing as 2. And when i said i got the email from manager Rashmikant Patel last time saying he will address the matter to staffs. But the guy said that he is the owner and dont care and choose not to give me subway. Such a great customer service. Hats off team!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today morning. The staff member was rude from the start. I ordered three footlongs and politely asked if they could be cut and packed separately, since I go to work and usually eat half at a time and save the rest for later. I was told that if they did that, I would be charged as six 6-inch subs, which makes no sense. Refusing to cut and wrap a footlong separately is not customer-friendly and honestly feels like a sign of poor training, a poorly run store, or a very stingy owner. The paper is not worth the inventory hassle, and all this policy does is isolate customers. A Subway is supposed to follow the same basic standards across locations, with only minor variations — this was just unreasonable. To make things worse, within a minute of receiving my order, the entire sandwich — especially the steak — was already cold, even though it was toasted. That is completely unacceptable. I was a regular customer, but after this experience, I will never return to this location. I also have the receipt from this purchase. This is not how Subway should be operating.
