  Been going to Swiss Chalet all my life and love the dipping sauce. You know what to expect and you get it. Kids always love the treasure box.

  So this review is a two partner. Stay with me. 1. Positive: Dining in, food is good and service is usually as well. 2. Negative: The lack of availability of menu options specifically at the Bracebridge location is annoying. Everytime I go to order drive thru something isn't available - everyday menu items. The worst part is, I can order at the speaker, I'm not told my selections aren't available until I get to the window. Leaving no time to come up with another option. Losing you on sales. As tonight I halved my order once I was told certain things weren't available. After going through what everyone at home wanted. No backups. Having to now substitute everything because of your lack of products or courtesy of the heads up at the speaker. 2.1. Negative: Online ordering is always disabled. You can load your cart for the Bracebridge location, try to process the order and it either boots you out or shuts down earlier than they close. This happened on a phone and computer multiple occasions. I figured this has to do with the previous issue of lacking inventory perhaps? The attached photo shows the time stamp I was trying to order, and the website saying the store was closed. Which indeed they were not, they're open. They just have zero inventory. I'm not ordering ridiculous things. I'm ordering regular everyday menu items and there's always something. All in all - maybe someone should step up and get a visit in to this location to see if they're practicing proper brand standards and hopefully get something rolling in a good way. 2.2 bathrooms are disgusting. Always. Do better.

  I would highly recommend everyone to visit this place. Best chicken I have ever tasted. Great ambiance and staff was very nice and friendly.

  From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere and the chicken was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. It's a must-try for anyone visiting.

  Swiss Chalet is always a solid choice for a tasty and comforting meal. I especially love their rotisserie chicken—always perfectly cooked, and that Chalet sauce is just amazing. The service is friendly and pretty quick, which makes it a great spot for a casual dinner with the family. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a no-fuss, satisfying experience!
