Not sanitary garbage all over the floor in the dining room. And in the kitchen area, two managers standing around talking about their weekend while employees tossed food onto the floor, kicking it under tables. An absolute mess for a big chain like McDonald's

**STAR RATING MEANS NOTHING, PAY NO ATTENTION**
After about 15+ messed up orders I'm done. The night staff have the competency of a small child. Drinks not fully filled. Ask for no ice you get 30% less pop, they don't top it up. The food at night is hit or miss. You might get a good burger or you might get something that looks like it fell off the stage of a rocky horror picture show. The fries only come fresh at night when there's 3 cars in the line up because well they have no choice but to make fresh fries. I used to buy the 20pc nugget share box. Stopped doing that due to them being rubber bands 40% of the time. My big Mac tonight looked the like person making it was blind folded, It's extremely bad for a fast food company to have such little training, that the customer has to re-prepare the burger correctly to be eaten. ALSO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY MY BIG MAC HAS A PROFUSE FLAVOR OF TUMERIC?????? The staff have absolutely terrible time communicating well, it's a guessing game. Literally feel like I'm slow talking to small kids sometimes. Drive threw gave me a pop with no syrup which please explain why root beer which is dark in color, pours into the cup nearly clear and the staff didn't catch it, ITS IN FRONT OF YOURE FACE, and it's happened way to many times not to mention. At this point, to me its almost comical the consistent failures.
The only good part about this location is the two older ladies that work the early morning shift. They seem to not screw things up like night shift. Those two older ladies deserve a damm trophy, and they actually say good morning. Food is always correct and we'll made when they seem to be working. Kudos to them!
This restaurant has to do some serious retraining and the owners need to be more present to instill proper food service standards.

This was the worst! This was how my big Mac came, I also ordered 20 nuggets, got 16. The guy behind making the food in the back ground was wiping the counter where the food was made with bare hands and then continued to make the food with his bare hand, not even washed. The only thing good here was all the family's having fun with their kids! My question is where did mc Donald's standards go?
