First time ordered a large meal with a large gravy, paid online. Arrived to pick it up and was told they have no gravy.. this was early in the evening. Second time, no tomato, I know simple.. but DON'T have it available OR charge people for things you don't have! This place in Bracebridge is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Pulled up at 6:30 on a Tuesday looking to order a twister combo. The lady in the drive through said they had no tenders and would take 20-30 minutes because the cook was on break…
If your going to take advantage of the TFW program doesn’t it make sense to train them so they can make sales? 🤯

We orders the snacker wrap and it came cold and with an ant size chicken inside.
We then ordered a zinger wrap and they didn't even wrap it, or toast it, and 50% of the wrap was plain, chewy tortilla.
The staff were also a bit unreasonable.

Okay this is the 3rd time to this location in a month and every time they don’t have chicken ready. They keep saying it will be 20 minutes. So I drive away not getting anything. So not happy with this location.
