Pulled up at 6:30 on a Tuesday looking to order a twister combo. The lady in the drive through said they had no tenders and would take 20-30 minutes because the cook was on break…
If your going to take advantage of the TFW program doesn’t it make sense to train them so they can make sales? 🤯

We orders the snacker wrap and it came cold and with an ant size chicken inside.
We then ordered a zinger wrap and they didn't even wrap it, or toast it, and 50% of the wrap was plain, chewy tortilla.
The staff were also a bit unreasonable.

Okay this is the 3rd time to this location in a month and every time they don’t have chicken ready. They keep saying it will be 20 minutes. So I drive away not getting anything. So not happy with this location.

horrible wait times, poor service and attitude. Last 2 visits forgot honey mustard dip BOTH times. you have to pay for these dips. ask for hot sauce and ketchup for a two person meal and get one packet of each… ???? fries are always stale. always something wrong every visit…
overall worst kfc I’ve ever seen for food service and atmosphere overall - especially! the service!
