The rise was crunchy and looked like the ingredients were just thrown in. Big chunks of chicken and onions. I think we’ll just stick to what Swiss is good at. Chicken and fries etc. we love Swiss.

Service was slow, food was okay, the restaurant had several adult gatherings going on and the noise was very, very loud!! One of us asked for a refill of coffee and we were told, “No. It’s too late for a refill as there aren’t enough people ordering coffee to justify putting a new pot of coffee on”. We asked what time the restaurant closed and was told they closed at 10 pm. It was 7:55 when the coffee refill was requested!! We were NOT ALLOWED to get a refill of coffee at all!! Don’t patronize this location as they appear to be tight fisted penny pinchers!! The coffee is an integral component of their menu with NO time limit (eg. from 11 am - 3 pm). How do they intend to keep their market share in such a competitive environment if they randomly decide when or if they’re going to serve posted menu items.

Service is terrible, Food came out cold and I had to chase down an employee for silverware. Never once did she come back asking if we needed something. The people behind us were also trying to get somebody's attention. I don't mind spending my hard earned money at restaurants..... If they are deserving of it. I won't be back
