- SSSteveDec 12, 20251.0Absolutely terrible service! We ordered a BOGO deal for 22.50 from Uber Eats 2 Large Cheese Pizzas “Create your own” awesome deal right!? When I placed my order through the App I used my Uber Pro card to pay it. Uber Eats App said I had insufficient funds which was incorrect because I had way more then enough to cover 22.50. My only option to change my payment method which was ok whatever, so used my Visa instead and continued with the order. My wife and son picked up the order and Uber Eats app removed the BOGO deal without me knowing about it. We lost out on the deal and the store associate was insanely rude about it giving no apology and said “not our problem” contact the 3rd party. Talk about criminal, both Uber Eats and this location for Papa Johns both unhelpful and not apologetic about it or showing any sympathy what so ever, bunch of crooks.
