- AAAmyJan 16, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered a pizza with dipping sauces for delivery, and when it arrived, the dipping sauces were rancid. We contacted customer service and were told a credit would be applied to our account. At our next pickup, when we asked about the two free dipping sauces, the owner called my husband a liar and accused us of trying to rip him off. Despite this, we gave the location another chance. This time, we ordered a pizza with sausage and bacon on only half of it. The pizza arrived with sausage and bacon covering the entire pie. Once again, we contacted customer service and were told we had to email a photo. Inconvenient, but we complied. After sending the photo, the store called us, blamed us for their mistake, and stated they would provide a one-time replacement while noting in our file that no future replacements would be allowed. The owner then made a personal call to my husband, claimed the error was our fault, and demanded the incorrect pizza be returned. This behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate. The number of obstacles placed in the way of correcting their mistakes is absurd. This location has demonstrated a consistent lack of accountability and customer service. We will not be ordering from this location again. Fortunately, a new Domino’s is opening across the street.
