Waited more then 15 minutes to order a drink, then watched as server talked with other staff at the bar and had not concern to prioritize our drink order. Now there are 4 more tables and what I can see two servers. Still have jot ordered our food, not sure why we were waiting so long. Food took the better part of 45-55 minutes to arrive. The pulled pork, should be called chunks of pork, when taking a bite the pork is in big chunks that are hard, and you need a knife to cut, and not even hot! The sweet potato fries are not very good either at least this time they were hot. As, we waited for our meals, and employee arrived for a shift, and came out of the back in about 15mins with a big plate of food. Good for him as we waited. Your staff, needs to prioritize customers, I know they enjoy chatting with other staff, but not while a paying customer is sitting there waiting and watching them. Not to mention I hope head office is aware how cold that restaurant is, cause their staff is aware and know its a problem.
