At no fault of our server. The restaurant was not busy at all. Just us, and a couple other tables. They definitely need more staff. I’m not sure how the restaurant does when it’s busy as this was our 1st time there.

We ordered a veggie burger for delivery and when it came we were pretty sure it was a regular burger, so we called to make sure but also see if we could get a refund or something. The person we spoke to was SO kind and apologetic, and even got in their car and drove us a veggie burger after all was said and done (completely unprompted.) Customer service jobs are so hard, in the food industry especially, and we were blown away by this person going so far above and beyond to make sure we got the meal we ordered. This level of service is so rare, so we had to make sure we called it out. Clearly the management here really does care about their customers and their entire Kelseys experience. Will definitely order (and eat-in!) again soon. Thanks again!

From the second we sat down, she made us feel welcome, remembered every little detail of our order, and had the most genuine, upbeat energy the entire time. She didn’t just serve us — she took care of us. Drinks never went empty, food came out perfect, and she somehow managed to make us laugh through the whole meal. You can tell she loves what she does because it shows in every interaction. If every restaurant had an “Angela,” dining out would always be a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time — she turned an ordinary dinner into an unforgettable night. 🙌✨
