While that was disappointing at first, what happened next is exactly the difference between a bad experience and an outstanding one. The assistant manager personally delivered the missing meal to us, along with extra fries and a complimentary dessert. That level of effort and care made a huge impression on everyone in our family and truly shows how much they value their customers. I had been craving the Buffalo Caesar wrap for months and finally convinced my family to order from Kelsey’s when they usually choose somewhere else, so I was definitely bummed when it wasn’t in the bag. But mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and the Assistant Manager handled it perfectly. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for turning a small mistake into a great experience. We really appreciate it and will absolutely be ordering again.
