    Had a great experience dining here! The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered. The service was excellent as well—our server, Lucy, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

    Went on a date with my significant other and overall enjoyed the experience. When we arrived and were seated, it took about 10 minutes for a server to come and talk to us. However when she (Lucy) did, we had a great experience and her customer service was excellent. We do think that the booth we were at was quite worn out and could use a refreshing (The leather on the benches was wearing out and had rips and tears in some spots, as well as the tabletop had some deep stains in it). We are happy with our experience tonight and we would definitely recommend and return!

    Doma at East Side Mario’s provided amazing service! From the moment we were seated, Doma was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Orders were taken quickly, food came out hot and exactly as requested, and we never felt rushed or forgotten. Doma’s positive attitude really stood out and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. Great customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!

    Incredibly happy with my large reservation during my son’s hockey tournament. We had a reservation for 60 people, the restaurant asked us for a pre-order which was not a big deal, and only made sense. We arrived with organized tables, Drinks were already coming to the table, soups and salads are already being served. And the food wasn’t too much longer for a reservation of 60 people we were in and out in an hour and a half plus the staff was very pleasant despite the Team chaos. Would definitely go back there for a team dinner again!! Well done everyone!!!

    Was seated relatively quickly but our waitress, disappeared for a long time. People who came in after us got there main course and were leaving before we even got our main course. I toured the restaurant and found that the manager only checked in with select tables, the kitchen staff were not wearing hair nets. After 55 minutes of waiting the waitress appeared and gave me the wrong dish and looked visibly stunned when I acknowledged it. She proceeded to bring everyone else's dish and assured me she would be back with mine; I asked if I could just cancel what I ordered and pay for my drink and salad. The waitress almost refused and said my dish would be ready in a minute. She came back right away with the right dish but I guess my question is why did take minutes to make a dish I waited 55 minutes for?
