  Isabella provided such incredible and quick service. The food was great as always and the interior was clean and cozy. A great place for a family meal!

  The food here is amazing, I went through takeout and it was quick. Sandeep took and packed my order and she was so kind and friendly! I ordered a 1/4 chicken white with fries and a spinach dip everything was hot and fresh! I would gladly go back!

  This location is particularly phenomenal in all aspects. The food is always delicious and fresh and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

  I very rarely go to this location , reason being is the customer service is horrible , they are always making mistakes on orders , the food is often under cooked or cold . Today I made a Uber Eats order for Swiss chalet , I had no clue what location it was coming from , so I ordered loaded perogees , fries , bun , gravy , typically Uber Eats orders need to be packaged a certain way for food safety , often in a paper bag with a tape to seal … so when I received my food I was shocked to say the least , I will insert a photo below … it was delivered on a white plastic bag , that’s it … no seal … nothing ! So I looked on my app to see what location it was delivered from & sure enough it came from the Bolton location , I live 20 minutes away from that location , so my food basically sat in a strangers car for a long period of time with absolutely no way of me knowing if he or she tampered with my food ? I’m not suggesting that they did but it’s possible , it’s not unheard of!!! So I called the restaurant directly to address this because now no one wants to eat this , the manager came on the phone & told me that because it wasn’t a large order I didn’t get a sealed paper bag , I expressed my concern , I was trying to be polite but he was raising his voice at me , telling me to call up uber & talk to them & I was confused because it’s the the uber drivers responsibility to make sure the food it packaged appropriately, so I told the manager how do I know my food is ok when it was delivered in a plastic bag & he said it’s not his problem ! That’s the way they package food & if I don’t want to eat it then that’s my issue not his , he continued to raise his voice , he was talking over me so I couldn’t explain why it should of been sealed , he didn’t want to hear it so I will never go to this location again , this manger has zero class talking to woman like that , no manners , & as a manger he wasn’t professional at all , I’m a customer but I’m not surprised anyway , had I known my food was going to come from that location I wouldn’t of ordered , so $40.00 is down the drain , the food went to waste & that Swiss chalet sucks & the people that work there are miserable , can’t cook & have zero manners !! I gave them a 1 star but really this place is a negative -5 star and for anyone who thinks I’m being extra , just so you know I have 40 years experience in the food business & customers service .. this was horrible & ALL my food deliveries come packaged properly this is my first time experiencing this .

  Food was consistent with other locations and staff were friendly to start… but afterwards we were pretty much forgotten about. I had to get up to find someone to ask for napkins and extra chalet sauce. I asked for water twice until it finally came. When I paid the bill, we waited another 10 minutes and the machine was left there. nobody said bye. Seems like they were understaffed. Then my 3 year old wanted to use the bathroom, there was poo stains on the toilet and piss everywhere. They had a bathroom cleaning schedule and it wasn’t checked off from 2 pm. I ate here at 6pm.
