After making it back to my vehicle, I went to consume said food and saw a giant sticker on my McChicken saying "Szechuan" and the fries were extra salty. I went back to tell them of their mistake and the person kept saying "No, it's a ghost pepper" even though it clearly says Szechuan. So I got a refund and I will never go back there again.
