I came through the drive-through around 1:30 AM on November 16 and the guy at the drive-through window was very rude when I came back through the drive-through because he got my order and gave me nothing but attitude asked me for the receipt even though I was there at one minute ago and he didn’t put a receipt in my bag very unprofessional and bad customer service!

Just ordered a small McDouble combo, asked for a small drink. Noticed my total was off (7.65 as opposed to 6.77 after tax) and mentioned it to the cashier… she brushed it off. I receive my order and find out they uncharged for a medium drink which I never asked for. Sure it’s 80 cents but genuinely scummy. Don’t brush me off. Fries unsalted too.

It is a McDonald's. I will agree their coffee is good, the breakfast options are acceptable. Otherwise, without their French fries, recommend other restaurants

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
The wait times are always long, and more often than not they’ll send you to a parking spot just to wait even longer for your order to be brought out. On my last visit, I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and they actually forgot the fish, just the bun and toppings. Not even sure how that even happens. I had to go inside.., but after seeing how chaotic things were behind the counter, I decided to just ask for a refund instead. I don’t eat at McDonald’s often, but even with this location being the most convenient in town, I won’t be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s . I went there at 11:15 pm and got my order by 11:28pm . The girl at the counter charged me for my food but forgot to actually give it to me. I waited around 4–5 minutes, thinking my order was coming, and when I finally asked her, she replied rudely, saying “It’s only me and the other guy working,” instead of checking
Then another employee came and gave me my food, but when I asked him about what happened, he also said they were busy and that’s why she was angry — which doesn’t make it okay to treat customers this way.
To make things worse, both of them were not wearing name tags, and when I politely asked for their names, they refused to tell me. The male employee again said she gets “hyper” because the store is busy, which is not a valid excuse for poor customer service.
By the time I got my order, my fries and sandwich were cold. I understand it can get busy, but forgetting a customer’s order, being rude, and refusing to identify themselves is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
