- MEMehmet ErekApr 1, 20261.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I ordered a steak sandwich and what I received was completely unacceptable. The employee (a girl with glasses) filled the scoop with meat, then deliberately removed about half of it before putting it in the sandwich — and repeated this more than once. The same exact thing was done to my brother’s chicken sandwich. This is not a mistake. This is intentional portion cutting. Customers are paying full price and being served sandwiches with barely any protein, filled mostly with vegetables. This is dishonest and misleading. I chose not to argue in the store, but this behavior should not be happening at any location. Management needs to take this seriously and address it immediately. I will not be returning.

When I walked in the employee immediately put gloves on without washing there hands. The employee tried to say I just washed my hands, when I advised I watched her wipe the counters and then put on gloves without washing her hands she got rude, she was short and unfriendly after me calling out her disgusting habit. I have lived in Blind River for 8 years and this is constant at this location. I have to request the employee wash their hands every time as they are not wearing gloves and try to just put gloves on. Totally disgusting I don't know what they did between washing their hands and putting on the gloves. No way to contact head office or complain online to corporate.
