Employees are forgetful or just negligent. If you want your order for take out, you can guarantee it will be brought out in a tray. If you can avoid it, I would unless you like losing out on $10 each order.

I started out by waiting 10 minutes at the counter with not one person bothered to come out to assist while 3 of them were in the back doing god knows what. When I finally did get to order, I waited another 10 minutes for my 1 crunch wrap to be made. When I got home which is a 3 minute drive from the mall. The crunch wrap was completely soggy and all over the bag and absolutely not edible. I would give 0 stars if I could.
