The reason Iam making this complaint is that this is not the first time I haven't gotten the correct order but was charged for it. This is the last time. FireHouse has better subs anyway.

When serving us he used upselling (asking if we wanted combos), told me when I was adding an item with extra charge to my sandwiches, listened and got everything we wanted correct with manners!! 10/10 experience I can’t speak for everyday but when this gentleman is working your sandwich will be just what you were looking for!!
