  Incompetent staff and ownership pizza is always cold or undercooked crust is never risen. They can’t deliver an order and they’ll keep selling you things they don’t have or lie to upsell you. Example order 6 pieces of chicken they’ll call you 45 minutes after your order to say they can’t sell you six but can sell you 8 or more . Frauds . Domino’s can do better

  Service was quick and friendly. The pizza was lacking flavor. We used to get pizza from here regularly, it was fantastic every time. Ordered from here a year ago and it was not good, lacking in quality compared to previous years. I thought I would give it another try, unfortunately it has not improved in a year, and is actually worse now. Much better places to get pizza in Belleville. This was my last order from papa johns Belleville.

  Tanya is a horribly snobby person who I spoke to on the phone tonight. Paid over $90 in pizza because I was double charged. I had accumulated 12 points and paid for the order online including a 15% tip. $45.20. My partner upon arrival was told I did not pay for the order and was charged $52 and change. Over $90 charge on my credit card. Tanya refunded the lower amount also causing me to lose all my points. Her customer service is horrid. She “wasn’t here” when it happened and “had no idea” what was going on yet took it upon herself to do a resolution which was definitely not a good customer service call. I will be contacting head office. Good luck Tanya. You should have to do some training - or maybe better to be fired. WONT BE BACK.

  Charged twice for the same online order. Used points to help pay for it. On arrival was told had to pay for the order. Upon checking bank account was charged twice. Was told they would get back to us on a solution. Had to call back and was told they refunded the lesser amount payed online as it was the only way to do it with coming back to the store. We were not contacted to be given an option. Was charged $12 more for the order and lost all the points accumulated. Won’t ever be back and to be honest not worth the bother with their “deals” when Bourbon street pizza is much better pizza, cheaper and less attitude from employees (Tanya)
