When we politely requested a refund due to the poor quality of the food, the staff member refused to process it, claiming, "I don't have a manager, I can't refund." The employee exhibited an extremely rude and aggressive attitude. He was dismissive of our complaint, stating the fries "come like this only," and proceeded to raise his voice at my friends during the interaction. His manner was unprofessional and hostile. He offered replacement fries only to state they would be of the same low quality, which is not an acceptable solution. Furthermore, the entire encounter felt deeply discriminatory, suggesting a bias in the quality of food and service directed toward our group. Management needs to urgently address staff training regarding respectful customer interaction, conflict resolution, and basic quality control standards. A full refund for the low-quality food should have been processed immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.
