To echo what some others have shared, the food is not made with fresh ingredients and the service is lacking (the people working were not engaged and one was in a loud conversation on their headphones). My stomach hurt after eating here! Do better. Please don’t reply with an AI generated response

I ordered food set for pick up at 5:15, when I arrived at 5:10 I was informed that they made it at 2:00 when I placed the order. I was not upset or anything, I assumed they would understand the error when I showed them my receipt. I was wrong. They responded that it is ready for 5:15 and said I could heat it up at home. Insane. I asked for them to remake it, again being polite, and was told no. At this moment the owner walked in and I told him what happened, I received no response from him. Just a blank stare. i asked the lady if he was the owner and she would not tell me. I worked in fast-food I understand difficult customers, this wasn't that. Do not support this branch. The owner is rude and disrespectful, and they do not follow food safety protocols. Leaving food out at food temperature for hours and then recommending the client reheat it, is against food safety. No acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology, nothing.
