I paid 60$ ordering 2 meals from them on skip and got given the tiniest portion of fries an onion rings I’ve ever seen in my life… I had to pay 63 cents extra to upgrade to onion rings for my meal and there was only 7 of them in total??? And the fries were in a smaller box as well than normal… complete rip off

My experiences at this Burger King have always been fantastic. My visits are usually in the evenings. The staff are always very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We usually order Whopper meals (customized) and the burgers are always prepared perfectly. The dining area and washrooms are always tidy and clean. Thank you Burger King!

Went there for breakfast and had a good experience. The burger was delicious, the fries were fresh, and the hash browns were really good. The service was quick and friendly.

The woman working the front counter on Monday March 9th, 2026 around 9:35pm, was abruptly rude towards me.
I walk in to the other side of the counter because I had placed my mobile order so I did not need to get in line. In return I was greeted with “yes please” so I said “excuse me” because initially I didn’t hear her. And she rudely repeated herself and I said “yes please should not be how you greet your customers”. She ignored me and continued on with her work duties.
As I was given my food, instead of her apologizing for her dissatisfying customer service, she rudely explained why she said that under the assumption that I was just a delivery driver. When I told her that her tone was rude, she argued that it was okay because she said the word “please”. I was in in shock and got a little bit upset with her, but my presence in a line should be met with a little more compassion and happiness to greet customers, especially since I was quite literally a paying customer.
Regardless, “yes please” is not how you greet customers. A smile no where to be seen and sighing under your breath while talking to me, is not good customer service.
She should be fired.
