I almost left because the place was a gross mess. The floors and surfaces were covered in food. The employees (two younger girls) did not wash their hands after touching the garbage and proceeded to make my blizzard and the other one was trying to hide her airpod in her ear ..so she touched her hair and ear and than made my blizzards. Yuck, I was already grossed out. Their hair was not done up properly, no hand washing and the place was gross.
I will be reporting to public health. I normally don't do this, but this actually gave me the ick. Luckily, we usually go to Grimsby but they close at 9 and not 10. We will have to remember that in the future.
If I were the owner, I'd check the cameras to see how bad it was.

We have been to this location 3 times in approximately 6 months. The first 2 times we got chocolate dipped cones and each time the cones disappointedly had a very thin layer of chocolate. This time we got blizzards and they were quite runny from the moment they were handed to us. Within 2 minutes they were completely soupy and might as well been a milkshake. We had to put them in the freezer at home for a bit so that we could actually somewhat enjoy them. However, it doesn’t taste quite the same. DQ is pricy and a special treat for us. I am willing to pay more for a quality product but in our recent experiences the value for money has not been worth it.

Went for a walk and then decided to stop at DQ for nice little cone dipped in chocolate. Looked at the board and says that a small is $2.99. Ordered 2 of them, as I was with my husband and the total was over $9. Asked the cashier why this amount and he said that the prices on the board are not the right ones. Honestly, if I knew a small cone would cost me almost $5, I would have skip the treat. To the owner: please do update your prices on the board as it is malpractice to advertise wrong prices and pretty deceiving as well.
