  I ordered delivery and asked for no sour cream and it’s harsh on my husband stomach and they put it on knowing I had asked for no sour cream they are ridiculous I tried calling and hung up on me not happy at all

  Ordered through Uber eats they said it was closed but the restaurant accepted the order and kept my money

  The burrito was great; unfortunately the drinks were very watered down. The last time I had drinks from this Taco Bell location, it was the same story. I dunno if I caught the soda fountains at a bad time both times or if the franchisee intentionally keeps the syrup-to-water ratio low as a stupid cost-cutting measure.

  Waited thirty minutes (for real. I actually timed it. 29 min and some seconds on the nose) for a gordita (1), nacos and cheese and a empty cup (I filled myself with pop. No apology for the wait. The tables were dirt covered in loose bits of meat, cheese, lettuce and sauce. 2 of 3 self serve kiosks were non-functional. No one was manning the front. Watched 4 people leave without ordering. No one attempted to assist them ***Heads up anyone working at Taco Time**- someone should open a franchise right next to these poor-excuse for a restaurant. @Taco Bell Canada - if you keep allowing franchisees to purchase your brand and run it like a slim, you'll just continue to loose customers. Maybe actually inspect these places.
