  Absolutely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had at KFC on Bayfield St. I ordered a Zinger chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink, and the sandwich was completely unacceptable — there was barely any chicken, just dried-out breading. It was inedible. The restaurant itself was empty, which should have been a red flag. While I was inside returning my food, I witnessed an employee packaging orders for the drive-through pick her nose, which was extremely unhygienic and disturbing. After this experience, and seeing similar complaints from others, I will not be returning.

  I wish i could give 0 stars. KFC IS OUT OF CHICKEN. Like really, why was the store even open then. No signs were posted, no apology offered or none of the other options were given. The girl at the window said no chicken at this moment and closed the window. Really need to work on customer serving skills

  Stopped by this KFC in Barrie, Ontario for a quick bite and was really impressed. I ordered the Zinger burger through the app as part of their $5 special and picked it up in person — everything was ready in under 5 minutes. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and very spacious. It looks like one of the newer, more modern KFC locations in Barrie, with updated decor and a great overall feel. The Zinger burger was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor — definitely one of the better options for fast food in Barrie. Friendly service, smooth pickup, and great value. Highly recommend this KFC in Barrie if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Would definitely come back.

  Generally I don’t like to rate bad to any restaurant, but at this place I visited around 8 to 10 times all different times like some time during lunch, dinner, weekdays and weekends about I found them too consistent on all the Tables are dirty despite enough people working in restaurant, poor service, no greeting, In short I can say my English is not good enough explain the issues at this site, I don’t know how management is operating this place.

  Ordered mighty meal for TWO and I got two small drum sticks and this was on of the pieces of chicken I received.. it’s smaller then a dip & the single gravy.. I tried calling them and they continued to answer, nobody would speak and then they would end the call, could’ve leave a message because the mail box is full. Not satisfied, though I would share this here, as I can’t get in touch with anyone
