  DO NOT EAT HERE. MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. ​If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Visited this location on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 9:30 PM, and what I witnessed was absolutely stomach-turning. ​⚠️ THE HEALTH HAZARD ​After waiting forever because the kitchen was clearly understaffed, two employees (a male and a female) walked in through the main entrance. Instead of heading to a sink, the male staff member walked straight into the kitchen and immediately started handling food without washing his hands. In what world is that acceptable? It is a blatant, disgusting disregard for basic hygiene. I was lucky enough to have my food handed to me by someone already in the kitchen, but I felt physically ill watching him touch other people’s orders with "street hands." They are playing with our health at our cost. ​🍗 THE "FOOD" ​The quality of the meal was just as pathetic as their food safety standards: ​The Zinger Sandwiches: Absolute garbage. It was just a dry, thin, over-fried slab of chicken on a bun. No sauce, no lettuce, no condiments... just a desert in a box. ​Customer Service: Non-existent. They don't ask if you want ketchup or hot sauce; they just want you out of their hair. The staff’s attitude toward safety protocols is clearly mirrored in their "I don't care" approach to service. ​📢 MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP ​You need to pull the CCTV footage from tonight and take immediate disciplinary action against those offenders. Your team needs serious retraining and a massive reality check on food safety. ​STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you enjoy the risk of food poisoning served with a side of incompetence. ​DO BETTER.

  So nonsense i gave them order name i have this order she be like give me id number wt- you saying and also she respond that they only take order id lady listen on doordash its only names next time ask the name and behave properly with your customers show this attitude in modelling school

  I’m honestly so annoyed with this place. I used the app to order a 14-piece spicy bucket, thinking it’d be a quick in-and-out. I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for some kind of update, but the app just stayed silent. When I finally went inside to see what the hold-up was, the staff basically shrugged and told me they don't even serve spicy chicken anymore. Like, seriously? If you don't have it, why is it still on the app? And if you see a "spicy" order come through, how hard is it to give the customer a quick call instead of letting them sit in the parking lot for half an hour? To make it worse, the employees were so unprofessional. When I asked why I wasn't told sooner and how to get my money back, they just kept saying "it’s not on us." No "sorry for the wait," no accountability, just a total "not my problem" attitude. Now I’m told I have to wait 7 business days to get my refund. So they have my money, I have no food, and I wasted my entire break dealing with people who clearly don't care. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
