Got a family pack, Cajun, honey garlic and plain. The sauce and seasoning could not overpower the freezer burnt taste. Every bite was stringy and chewy. The plain wings were not edible at all, I actually gagged. i ordered online for pickup and food was ready, staff was decent and the fries were good.

He explained there had been a mix-up at the location and asked for my address, and then personally delivered my order himself. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service like this. It would have been easy to cancel and move on, but instead he went above and beyond to make it right. I believe the manager’s name was Ran (my apologies if I’m incorrect), and if so, he deserves major recognition and quite frankly a raise. Anyways, thank you for going above and beyond and making my first wing stop experience memorable.
