  I ordered Wing Stop through Uber Eats and got a call saying my order had been cancelled due to an issue. Uber then connected me directly with the store manager. He explained there had been a mix-up at the location and asked for my address, and then personally delivered my order himself. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service like this. It would have been easy to cancel and move on, but instead he went above and beyond to make it right. I believe the manager’s name was Ran (my apologies if I’m incorrect), and if so, he deserves major recognition and quite frankly a raise. Anyways, thank you for going above and beyond and making my first wing stop experience memorable.

  So this has happened twice with ordering our wings here. I wanted to order just wings and the cashier insist on getting a combo instead so that I have a dip included. Now, when I got home, the dip somehow is missing again, I called and they responded that “Oh we check the camera we are sure we put the dip” this response was even more confusing as how can you say you check the cameras when I just called? I hope I am wrong but I think they are doing this purposely. Won’t be ordering here again.

  my brother and I thought to stop in during our travels up north. when we walked in, we spent almost 10 minutes there waiting, we weren’t even sure if anyone was there. We then walked up to the counter and literally put half our torso over to catch the girls attention. In which she finally noticed and told us one second. A little weird but okay. During our interaction she had AirPods in, unsure if she was listening to anything. However, it made the customer service feel awkward and unprofessional. Once receiving our bag, we took it to our car in which it had no napkins and no utensils. Which was extremely weird to us due to the other locations including that. Upon opening the bag, we opened our containers. my brother and I both got a 5 piece chicken tender, I also got voodoo fries. The chicken tenders were quite disappointing, they were very small. The seasoning was a hit or miss. on top of that the voodoo fries I got were actually just cheesy fries. They were literally covered in nothing but cheese. overall it was a very disappointing experience.

  We ordered the family bundle and found the wings to be fairly average overall. The hot wings weren’t very spicy, the honey garlic was quite mild, and the plain wings are very plain with no salt at all. The wings were also on the smaller side. The fries included in the bundle were a small portion and didn’t travel very well, arriving cold. They may be better enjoyed when dining in. The highlight of the meal was the corn. It was delicious and had great flavour. Overall, the meal didn’t quite meet our expectations.
