I accidentally placed my order for pick-up instead of delivery, so I called the store to fix it. The employee who answered Kusum acted like she had no idea how to cancel or adjust the order on her end. She had an attitude right from the start and was extremely rude. I called back hoping someone else would answer, but it was her again. This time she told me she “couldn’t do anything like I told you,” then hung up on me while I was still talking. Then hen my mom called right after, suddenly she did know how to cancel the order. So clearly she just didn’t want to help me. This is completely unacceptable. If you’re working in customer service, the least you can do is actually help customers without being rude. Management seriously needs to speak to her because this behavior is unprofessional and reflects badly on the whole store.

The manager speaks in another language right infront of you while you’re ordering, making it impossible to get any sort of decent service or help. It feels like they don’t care about customers at all, and the whole place is a mess because of poor communication and terrible management. If you want to waste your time and money dealing with clueless staff who can’t even speak the language properly, then go ahead. Otherwise, avoid this dump at all costs. Go to the lockeroom instead.
