    The service here is terrible. I ordered through DoorDash and my order was wrong so I called the store because DoorDash wouldn’t do anything about it, and the woman hung up on me and did not fix the order. She was extremely rude. I will not give this place my business ever again.

    Love burger Priest and it's my family's go to burger joint! However this new store that opened close to me was very disappointing! I gave them 2 chances as its a new store location and both time's fries and burger buns were cold! So very disappointed! Especially after $80 for a family of 4! So disappointed that I still have to drive to the south end of Barrie to get a good burger from The Burger's Priest!

    I really wanted to give this location another chance because I love the one in the south end, but the quality just isn’t there. The produce on my burger was wilted, old, and ice-cold, and my order still took about 15 minutes. I also requested no cheese—it was on the receipt and confirmed with staff—but it was still added. This is the second time. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this location. I even got a piece of fresh lettuce from my fridge just because I couldn’t believe how old this lettuce was. You can see the clear difference.
