  we ordered here on a Sunday evening through uber and we messed up on the order. Zubin and his staff were very accomodating and fixed our mistake. so grateful for the kind service. you so much!! 👌👌👌 the food was also delicious!! 💯💯

  genuinely the best burger you’ll ever try. and anyone that’s ordered from here would agree. it’s the perfect bite every time, and that sauce is mouth watering!! soooo tasty!! this location also has a beautiful atmosphere and the workers were kind and genuinely seemed happy to be working there which is rare to find. i definitely recommend this spot!! you wont regret eating here 😋😋😩

  Convenient location, great food, fast service. And a nice side bit suggested tips are 5%, 10% and 15%. Which I respect and you don’t see very often anymore, highly recommend

  My mom and I went to burger priest for the first time and the food was excellent! I got a burger combo and it was delicious. The service was pretty good although the workers messed up my mom’s burger. The atmosphere was amazing very well clean and kept clean!

  The Burger’s Priest - Concert Way The service here is terrible, and the business model even worse. From the moment you arrive, it’s total chaos. There is no clear organisation or flow—no signage indicating where to pick up online orders, where to place in-store orders, or where delivery drivers (Skip, etc.) are meant to go. Everyone is left standing around guessing. We ordered ahead using the app, which gave an ETA of 10 minutes—perfectly timed for our drive. When we arrived, that timing meant nothing. Despite ordering in advance, multiple customers who arrived well after us, ordered in store, and paid on the spot received their food first. Planning ahead should be an advantage to the restaurant and the customer. If a time commitment is made through the app, it should be honoured within a reasonable margin. Instead, after the initial 10-minute drive, we waited an additional 30 minutes inside the restaurant. That is completely unacceptable for fast food. The food itself is… fine. Not bad, not exceptional—certainly not worthy of the price. Expect to pay around $20 per person after tax, excluding tip. For that cost, the quality is mediocre and the experience frustrating. The concept may be fun on paper, but execution matters—and this location fails badly. Burger’s Priest delivered high-price mediocrity paired with dismal customer service. We will not be returning. The only saving grace of this experience is that I didn’t tip. It wasn’t earned.
