This location consistently misses ingredients listed in the menu description and adds random other toppings not listed that other locations do not include, and they do not follow special instructions. All other Thai Express locations I have visited are excellent.

Unfortunately, the only location we have in Barrie is extremely disappointing, the food quality is consistently poor. I truly hope the owners see this feedback and take steps to bring this location up to the same standard as other Thai Express restaurants. Is it really too much to ask for the same quality customers receive everywhere else?

Second of all, he misses half the ingredients that are supposed to come in the Pad Thai. Salted radish? Green onions? WHERE? Just disgusting watery noodles with absolutely no flavor, no spice, NOTHING. Doesn’t even put your food in a bag or anything, just tosses the bland noodles over the counter and moves on. Do not waste your money here, i can’t even eat my $20 meal or i think id have food poisoning.
