There are already quite a few reviews mentioning similar issues, and I have to agree. Ordering was difficult due to a language barrier, and the order I received was incorrect. For example, my fries supreme barely had any of the toppings it should have—almost no tomato, cheese, sour cream, or meat. The food was also cold by the time I got it, and the drive-thru intercom made communication a hassle. On top of that, the packaging was messy. I really think this location could benefit from better management and more qualified staff to ensure that customers get the service and quality they expect. I hope they can improve these issues soon.

The menu isn’t even near where a person takes your order, so you’re basically forced to use the screen — and then they still forget to give you items. You have to double-check everything before leaving. Also, the cinnamon twists were honestly inedible. They didn’t taste like cinnamon at all and had a very strange flavor. Please fix the ordering process and make sure receipts show the full order, and also improve the cinnamon twists so customers can actually enjoy them.
