- BLBen Lauer2 days ago1.0Honestly just horrible experiences Order did go through there automated machine systems in store so I try to tell them my order and the issue they don’t listen to what I'm saying, just keep suggesting stuff had to tell them like 6 times are you listening to what I'm saying to you only to be met with a blank stare, like maybe the language barrier is too bad idk but it was horrible time getting the food and then it’s made like garbage staff need to be trained how to cook the food! especially draining!! the grease! from the meat and then everything you serve won’t be dripping wet! and actually be good to eat!, management and the owner should be ashamed!! on how many bad reviews this Taco Bell gets and the fact no change has happened

Horrible service, poor quality food, and extremely slow. At the Yonge Street location, I waited 25 minutes in line for tacos that contained barely half a taco’s worth of filling each. This is completely unacceptable. I will be taking this matter to corporate. If you cannot provide basic quality and service, you shouldn’t be in business. This deplorable..
