Server then rolled her eyes when we inquired about it and gave us attitude. She even forgot about us a couple times. The portions were small too. Not the greatest experience.

Also smallest peice of chicken ever. When addressed about food, it was just shrugged off by server in a non caring way. Definitely not returning to this location.

She was lovely once she knew she was my server. Several servers walked by me many times in that period. Not one stopped or cared. I would think with a team mentality that ensuring every customer is happy is important no matter whose table it is. The fries were barely warm. I had to ask for Swiss chalet sauce. The cranberry sauce came in a plastic ramekin. All and in all, I think Swiss chalet just doesn’t care. It is mediocre at best. Realized I never got my chocolates from my festive special till after I left. I would have thought it would have come with the bill but no. I remember the table next to me having to ask and making a mental note to remember. I forgot : (
