I’ve ordered the sub many of times never had an issue with it, but today the bread was actually soaked from the sauce, so I brought it back and asked him to please remake it, he proceeded to argue with me about remaking it saying I should’ve said only one line of sauce. Meanwhile, I was ordering three subs at once so my main priority wasn’t watching how much sauce he was putting on a step so I asked him to remake it. I got argued with so I asked for a manager he went and called them and as soon as he got back, he proceeded to put in a refund And asked for a receipt that he didn’t even give me. He didn’t apologize didn’t say anything and when I left, and was just flat out rude who argues with a costumer?

They nail it everytime, I live close and go often enough. Everything is clean and so are the washrooms.
