I had a great experience at Subway. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. My sandwich was fresh and delicious, especially the bread and veggies. The store was clean and well maintained. I will definitely visit again!

I’m a regular customer at this Subway location in the mall, and I also work in the mall, so I visit quite often. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing.
I placed a remote pickup order and simply asked if a small customization could be made. The employee, Akshit, told me they “don’t do that anymore” and that he couldn’t customize the order. What made the situation worse was the way he spoke to me. He told me to wait while he dealt with other customers first, in a dismissive and rude tone, even though I had already placed and paid for my order.
I completely understand that stores can have policies and that it can get busy, but the way customers are spoken to really matters. As someone who also works in the mall and deals with customers daily, I believe basic courtesy and respectful communication are essential.
I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location, but this interaction was not acceptable and very disappointing. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

Well, Costumer service is really terrible, being rude to costumer is the worst thing an employee named Akshit can inculcate during service. Im going to the store regularly, I work in the Chatr Mobile in the Georgian Mall everyday never had any trouble while customizing the order and that’s the Right of Costumer. I just asked to toast my sub with green peppers and onions and he directly said no we dont do it and after that he said that wait and i will handle other customers first and then I will deal with you and I believe thats not the way you talk to the customer.
