  Place says online and at store front window that they close at 11pm on Fridays I showed up at 10:28 and nobody was there. 🤡

  Even though AK was closing the store, he welcomed me with a smile when I walked in. He didn’t rush and made my sub perfectly. The service was friendly and professional. Really appreciated the great customer service!

  I visited Subway for the first time and had a great experience. The employee gave me the best service and guided me step by step because I didn’t know how to order a sub. They were very polite, patient, and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again and the boy name tag was AK.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location on Big Bay Point. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and the tone throughout my order felt irritated and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic respect and decent customer service. Instead, I felt rushed and uncomfortable the entire time. It really ruined the experience for me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and customer service standards at this location.
