    They do not follow online orders at all and skimp out on all toppings. I asked for extra lettuce, extra onions and extra green peppers in my sub, but did not get any onions, barely any lettuce, and only small shreds of green pepper. They put such a strange ratio of toppings on the sub, no lettuce and so much sauce that the sub was not even edible. Not worth the $30 I spent on two subs

    Customer service was really disappointing. I waited for about 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention — kept saying “excuse me,” but the guy just continued washing dishes and completely ignored me. It looked like he had earphones in. Ended up leaving without ordering. This kind of behaviour makes it seem like they don’t care about customers or taking orders. Management should really take notice and address this.
