  Today March 2, 2026 I reached your store at 7:00 AM but it was still closed at 7:20 AM. I waited outside for 20 minutes, which was very disappointing. This is the second time this has happened to me once before, the store didn’t open until 7:30 AM. You mention that you operate locally, so management should take more responsibility and open on time. I used to visit your store regularly, but after repeated experiences like this, it feels like customers’ time is not valued. Very poor management.

  Everytime come here their washrooms are out of order.. last time I came at night they said its close at night time. Today I came at day time still they said we cant use washroom.

  Literally no toppings left and it’s 3:00pm. You’d think they’d let me get some extra bacon for free considering they have no toppings, but no, instead I’m eating straight bread. Rock solid bread at that. Terrible, do not recommend.

  Visited this location this evening for a quick dinner. The gentleman who was working this evening of 02/12/2026 was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and handled the rush with ease, while also putting together a delicious sub! Thank you!

  It’s a Singhway, not a Subway. Look in the window, they’re playing on their phones. Walk in and they’re speaking jibberish to one another. They barely acknowledged my presence let alone say anything other than “yes” …as in what do I want. Toppings…for each one I select I have to say “more”. Lettuce please….more, onions please…more etc. All the while they’re still talking jibberish to each other, one is even on the phone speaking jibberish to someone else. I pay my money and don’t even get a thank you, they just go right back to playing on their phones and speaking jibberish.
