I understand delays when the store is busy, but this happens even when the place is empty. As soon as I show them the customer’s name, they suddenly start making the order and give me weird, sarcastic smiles. On top of that, the staff always looks confused, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. Orders get delayed for no reason, and even when the food is finally ready, it’s often missing items. This location seriously needs better management and proper training. It’s frustrating and a waste of time for delivery drivers and customers.

These new international workers give no care for customer service and do not care for repercussions.

I'm NOT surprised this dump has less than 2 stars. KEEP UP THE TERRIBLE WORK you've EARNED every single one of those awful reviews! The food? DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED. It was so disgustingly SALTY I might as well have been eating straight from a salt shaker. WORST experience of my life an absolute INSULT to food. I SINCERELY HOPE the franchise owners actually bother to read these Google reviews and see what an EMBARRASSMENT their location is. What a JOKE. Never again
