Since this location has opened up on bayfield street they have easily shafted me over $100 in items that have been paid for that were not included when I received my order. They have the most disgusting attitude towards you if you have a complaint about it in person and try to be argumentative over it. They cannot complete the most basic of tasks throughout usually 20 minutes of waiting for an order that feeds 2 people any time not just dinner rush. Nearly all of their staff has no respect for the owners , the customers, or anyone else in the food industry.

If you know of a kfc/taco bell worse than this, let me know. Terrible Customer service. Huge wait time. Not even worth it. Literally. Go anywhere else. Bayfield has so many choices.

Today around 4:20 a.m i tried to order something through drive thru, the girl told me they are having system shutdown for 10 mins and can u come after 10 mins, i waited for 15 mins and went back to place the order again , and again the same excuse the system is shutdown. The guy i talked to first was nice but the another guy maybe a supervisor he was very unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t have gotten mad if it was the first time. But the thing is it happened a day ago as well … i went there tried to order through drive- thru the guy i talked to was too much rude , i asked for plant based sandwich he replied we don’t have in very rude way , a person could have said sorry or something, i think night shift people have their excuses pocketed and paste on everyone …. I was late for work because of these people…. One more excuse ‘ Our taco bell opens at 4:15’ ,i remember when this kfc was the best among others’Very disappointing

I ordered through the mobile app and had our food delivered, but the chicken tenders were missing from the order. When we called the location, we were bounced from person to person, and the staff insisted the tenders were packed—even though they clearly were not.
When the manager finally got on the phone, she told us we could come to the store anytime to pick them up and said she would write our names down. We asked if the tenders could be delivered with our next order or with any upcoming deliveries, and she refused. She was rude throughout the conversation, continued to insist everything had been delivered correctly, and eventually hung up on us.
To make things worse, the food we did receive was cold and undercooked.
Do not order from this location.
