I had a great experience at kfc bayfield The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious.
From now its my favourite place to hangout.cleanliness was also maintained.Definitely best place to eat and hangout

I ordered delivery for 7:45 saying nobody was home before then, they brought it at 6:30. I tried to complain but nobody picks up the phone ever. The food was taken back by the delivery person who probably ate it and kfc kept my money. I reordered when we got home and what they dropped off was soggy, gross, sloppy etc. And missing the gravy.
I called to complain to head office because now im down almost 40 dollars for something I never got and they havent even called me back in a week. You cant speak to anyone. This place is ridiculous and dirty and disgusting. The whole corporation is no better.
Food is good. Customer service is poor, you place an online order. 15 minutes later you arrive at the restaurant. You wait in line for another 5 minutes and then get to the counter and they say we just received your order. It's not acceptable and very unpleasant.
The dining room is cold and dirty. You'll find a lot of Uber eats drivers just hanging out as well as employees at the dining room tables.
It seems to be a popularity contest when at the counter who's going to receive their meal first.

I had a great experience at KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were friendly and provided quick service, which made the visit even better. The restaurant was also clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a really satisfying meal and I would definitely visit again.

Disappointing experience overall. The bathrooms were dirty, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. Customer service was poor — staff were disengaged and inattentive, and there was little effort to make dine-in customers feel welcome.
Employees spent much of the time speaking among themselves rather than engaging with customers, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Combined with the lack of cleanliness, it gave the impression that management either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention.
What’s worse is that this seems to be a consistent issue based on other reviews, so clearly feedback isn’t being taken seriously.
Barrie has plenty of better local options that value cleanliness and customer experience. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
