We love it when a server is friendly and engaging. We had funny interactions, she was so good. Our order was served quickly and just as we ordered it. We will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We have gone for the Thursday special, many many times, which he was looking forward to tonight after working a 10 hour shift and he hadn't had wings in a while. Decided after doing groceries to stop in and treat ourselves, After approximately 45 minutes and noticing the people who were seated after us got served first ,my husband was not too happy, The fact he was hungry i understood lol But once he did get served the special(2 pounds wings) He quickly noticed it was totally wrong!!! He ordered naked wings, which he always does and has always Done, And requested ranch and hot on the Side as per usual.Except he got 2 pounds of wings tossed in hot sauce and ranch on the side, which he was pissed and I understand because the Waitress did hear him because she repeated his menu back to him.. And after all this time waiting ,I understood how upset he was . Somebody then came out to correct it and asked if he would like Them to redo the order, To which he replied no I'm starving and I've already waited 45 minutes...Knowing he was pissed and they had screwed up the order ,they still charged him for wings he would never ever eat,which he Gave to the neighbour once we were pulled into the driveway and we seen him outside . I mean, he did have to pay for them so why throw them in the garbage?So we left hungry And we were not about to go waste any more money and go buy takeout 🤦♀️And i ordered the flatbread which i specifically asked twice to plz make sure was crunchy ,surprise when i got it was mushy and when i picked up a piece, It just folded right over and everything fell off. It was just mushy bread, that I did throw in the garbage because you couldn't do anything with it. It was just disgusting.. So yes left hungry came home pissed off and went to bed and still can't believe they charged him for that crap.. More disappointed than anything as I said, we go there quite often on Thursdays and I've never had an experience like this but then again we usually go to the one on the southside. I've never gone to one on the northside so maybe that's it?? But we never go to any Kelsey's again after this !!!Just so not impressed with how they handled it still can't believe it!!! Well, just throw money out the window😡😡
