  We used to always go to this location because my kids love Kelsey’s. This most recent time though, the menu has been modified (stickers covering where it used to say two pieces of chicken, now just one piece). My kid’s pizza was way different than it used to be. Thin crust now and extremely crispy. Quite a bit less fries on the plate also. My kid’s always order the cookie dessert off the kids menu that comes with a warmed cookie and ice cream on a plate. They were just handed a cold cookie in a bag to go. Not sure what’s happened.

  Sam was genuinely an amazing bartender and easily the best bartending experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down she was welcoming friendly and made the whole place feel better just by being there. She knew exactly what she was doing every drink was perfect fast and made with care and you could tell she really takes pride in her work. She was attentive without ever being overbearing always checking in at the right time and making sure everything was exactly how I liked it. On top of that her personality made the night she was easy to talk to upbeat and made everyone feel comfortable. Sam didn’t just serve drinks she created a great experience and I would come back again and again just because I know she’ll be behind the bar.

  Food wasn't bad server got a big table when we were there so we got ignored. Loud very loud not sure I am going back and we have been customers for several years. EDIT: I see you want me to fill out a Kelseys form to almost rat out on the server, time date bill # etc. I still gave her a good tip as I am sure it's not entirely her fault for having to many tables. And this review isn't trying to get a free meal or gift card. I'm not filling out your form. Thks

  OMG.... I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO THIS RESTAURANT.....WHAT DID YOU GUYS DO TO THE MENUE AND OR STAFF RUNNING THIS PLACE... . the only good thing was the qine beer and chicken bites.... everything else's was a disaster. My husband got the ribs and steak. I don't even know what he was eating g but wasn't no steak.... I got some beef tenderloin Swiss sandwich. I took 1 bite and it was like watered down swollen crpa that wasn't even meat it was gross. The fries were old cold and dry mush inside. Like they just gave us old nasty food. The bruscetta was so full of pesto that it was all you could take I had to scrape it off....whatever I could... IDINT KNOW WHY THEY CHANGE THINGS... THE FOOD WAS FINE LAST TIME WE WEBT THEY CHANGED INGREDIENTS CHANGED HOW THINGS ARE MADE AND COOKED AND DONT CARE. The poor servers bare the disappointment on kitchens fault. WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY WELL GO TO SCADDABUSH OR JACK ASTORS.... SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THE BOWLONG ALEY TO CONE GERE WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME TO GO HOME TO COOK MY OWN DINNER AFTER WASTING MY CHRISTMAS GIFT AND NIGHT OUT WITH NO KIDS DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY IF THUS IS HOW THEY CHANGE......SO DISAPPOINTED we usually come 1 every month or two. I am so disappointed 😞...... I have wasted almost 100 that was a christmas gift...kept recipts......and a break dinner date night out. I'm so sorry to be so honest but my reviews mean alot on google..... I will be calling head office TOMORROW

  Corporate has promotions that are not honoured in store and/or the instructions are not clear. I voted for an app and then got a message back saying I get $10 off my purchase of $40 or more that all you have to do is show the screenshot I'm attaching. Talked to the waitress. She knew nothing about this promotion. She sent the manager over and he proceeded to tell us it's a corporate promotion that we have to click on the Reserve Now tab to be eligible for the discount. There was no indication after participating in the Instagram vote promotion the I had to do that. Do better with your promotions and make it clear, because I feel I was owed that discount as advertised but the manager refused to extend it.
