I simply asked to add onions to my poutine — and even said I was happy to pay extra — but the staff flat-out refused without giving any logical reason. It’s honestly disappointing, because I’ve always liked Harvey’s for their “Have it your way” promise and friendly service. This location completely misses that standard and makes the whole brand look bad. If Harvey’s wants to keep its reputation for customization and customer care, this franchise seriously needs retraining and better management.

But the food is great like always at any Harvey's, but tho the staff is welcoming and nice I struggled to understand the lady I was working with and shes asked me politely to repeat myself, so yes they are nice and quick but when asking for a regular chees burger and having to repeat myself a few times isnt on my list of stuff to do when ordering. It was fairly clean, the trash by the fountain was very full, and the location could use a sweep. Mightve just been the time I arrived as they were mainly on lunch and or cleaning the back. My biggest complaint is the fact a regular drink aka medium is nearly 3.50$ and im only allowed to refill with water, the burgers are a little pricey for a basic cheese burger but good.
