- MAMegan St Amant3 days ago1.0Came here for lunch on a weekday. Waited to be seated for 10 minutes with multiple open tables. Then proceeded to wait again 15 minutes for drinks. Our meal for our family of 5 took over 1.5 hours to arrive at our table from the time we sat down. Completely unacceptable for a lunch to be waiting this long. Very disappointed in east side Mario’s and will not be returning. Bathrooms also are quite in rough shape.
- SSShawn Smith4 days ago5.0I am extremely impressed with this location! 100/100 our service was great BUT a younger lady who wasn't even our server by the name of Maddie exceeded my expectations of any restaurant I've ever went to! She went above and beyond her roll by helping me clean up my daughter's spilled milk and even bringing replacement drinks and our dinner out! So thank you to the all the staff here but especially Maddie, a huge thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Server Naman didn't really care about anything we asked for and just said it's coming. Poor lady next to us also had to ask for cheese on her pasta 3 times. These newest 5-star reviews seem suspicious to me, since most of the reviewers have very few reviews to their name. I love ESM's, but this location is a hard pass from now on.

Our drinks stayed full, the food came out great, and she checked in just the right amount. Her positive attitude really made the experience better. We’ll definitely be asking for her again next time we visit!
- TPTie PMar 13, 20265.0Had a really nice visit at East Side Mario’s on Bayfield! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out hot and fresh. You can never go wrong with the soup, salad, and bread always a favourite. It’s a great casual spot if you’re looking for comfort food and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely one of those places that’s easy to return to. Our server Ranya did an excellent job at making our stay extra special and was super courteous!!
