  I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Olivia. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. She checked in often without being annoying, answered all our questions, and made us feel really cared for. You can tell she actually enjoys her job because her energy was so positive. Our food came out fast, our order was right, and she made the whole visit way better. If you go, definitely ask for Olivia — she’s the best!

  Took my kids out for dinner. Been awhile since we had been back to east side Mario's. The last time we were out. Service wasn't the greatest. But tonight we walked in and it was busy but not nuts. We were seated pretty much right away. We were served by Kennedy. Let me tell you. It was pretty amazing night. Great service by all the servers even with it being busy and all of them running like crazy. Food was amazing. Kennedy was one of the best waitresses that I have ever had. She was amazing and always a step ahead. There is literally nothing to complain about.

  I ordered two things, both were extremely disappointing. Firstly the Alfredo was pretty much noodles and what tasted like canned Alfredo sauce, and very dry with hardly any sauce. The pizza I asked if I could get fresh minced garlic (I assumed as a place known for pizza and pasta they’d have that) I got the minced can garlic and they just took it and put it on top of the pizza in clumps shown in photo. I paid $43.00 for these two things and I am highly dissatisfied. The only thing that was good was the loaf of bread that comes with the pasta. The soup I picked was the potato bacon and it absolutely tasted canned. This was absolutely horrible.

  Last 2 times when my husband and I went was good but this past Saturday when we went was horrible. One of my appetizers came frozen And other appetizer which was bruschetta flatbread I asked for Extra cheese, which was mozzarella and feta and hardly nothing came on it at all. I still got charged for my one frozen appetizer and I got charged for extra cheese when there was hardly anything on the flatbread pizza. Manager came to the table to apologize She apologized to me looking away from me. Definitely not a sincere apology at all, and no compensation for our very bad meal. We will not be returning at all. I have never been served something frozen from a restaurant before I was so shocked and to still have to pay absolutely not right.

  Went in Monday for my wife's birthday. So much food was out of stock, incredibly unacceptable for a massive chain. Ordered root beer, out of stock. Order mozzarella sticks, out of stock. Had to ask for more, free & unlimited bread, was given one and never offered again. Table beside us asked for bread & was told they were out of stock. They were offered order types of bread appetizers instead, we were never offered that. Had to ask for drink refills twice after going 10+mins with empty glasses. We ordered the 3 piece meal with special Oreo cheesecake dessert. When came time to get dessert, told it was out of stock. Offered my wife chocolate brownie for her bday, and ended up being charged more for the brownie and meal than the special. My son ordered the kids sampler (noodles, chicken fingers, & mozza sticks), was never told out of stock on the mozza sticks, just didn't put them on his plate. Kids meals inc dessert, chocolate ice pops out of stock. For all of that nonsense, the manager apologized & gave a coupon for a free dessert or app next visit, with a minimum order spent first, only usable mon-thurs, and only until the end of 2025. Unbelievably bad experience. To add to the negative, my chicken parm & wife's chicken (without the parm) were both incredibly dry & tough. Felt as tho they had been say under the heat lamp all day
