Firstly the Wednesday special was a great surprise, buy an entrée, and get one for free to take home. That was dinner the next day. :-) I had not been to East Side Mario's for a while and the quality of food was a lot better than I remembered, all our meals were delicious. I had the Gigantico 3 cheese Ravioli and I highly recommend it!! We aslo really enjoyed the AYCE soup\salad\garlic loaf! Service from Shawn F. was amazing, he was friendly, funny and very attentive! Thank you Shawn!! @Shawn, did you check out the Parmesan song? It not reflective of the service you gave us, we got plenty of parm, but it's still a funny song! :-D

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt clean and well organized. The highlight of our visit was definitely our server, Kooper. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and great sense of humor really made our night even more enjoyable. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. You can really tell they care about quality and customer experience here. Overall, this was a 5-star visit from start to finish. Huge thanks to Kooper for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service was outstanding from our server Mark and Kenzie the manager on duty. Plenty Garlic bread and the food was hot and quick for a restaurant that was absolutely slammed. Truly grace under pressure!! Thank you Mark, Kenzie and the rest of the staff that made this birthday party special.

Our waitress was so kind, prompt, welcoming and answered all our questions (she even taught me how to ensure the food I was ordering was allergen safe through the East Side Mario’s website). She even went so above and beyond and gave me soda water to help with a stain I got on my light pink top when eating my main pasta dish! The manger and our server engaged in meaningful conversation with us and made us feel valued throughout our experience. Even though we came 1 hour to close on a Thursday night, we received nothing but premium service! We look forward to visiting this team and their location again! Thank you everyone!

What made our experience so great was our server Ashley C she was so personable and very attentive keeping us posted on our order and noticed my son was making a cootie catcher and made him a hoping frog out of paper.
