She doesn’t have to say anything outright rude her tone and body language say enough. She rushes customers, skips over ingredients without properly offering them (for example, moving straight to cheese without asking about all salsa options), and portions noticeably smaller than other staff. It feels intentional and dismissive. When ordering at a build-your-own restaurant, being rushed or shorted on options defeats the entire point. Customer service is about more than avoiding rude words it’s about consistency, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I genuinely hope management addresses this, because it’s disappointing to feel uncomfortable every time she’s working

I went because my teenage daughter really wanted me to try, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.. it tasted decent, but for the price, i was expecting much more quantity of meat and extras.. but nope just your standard Tic tok famous over priced fast food place. Just stick to Pita Pitt. Or a family owned restaurant in Barrie, from Barrie 👌👍
