  Used to Toronto chipotles that are fresh and give you good portions. Got a chicken bowl and chicken was burnt and rice was hard. First and last time using this location

  My first time ordering, I was already disappointed with the portion size and service. I decided to give it another try on UberEats because they had new protein options, but it was another huge disappointment. I thought at Chipotle you could ask for a little extra rice or veggies, but there was barely any rice or black beans, just a thin layer at the bottom. I asked for sour cream on the side, but they poured it right on top instead. There were no fajita veggies at all, and the protein portion was literally half of what it should be. Cold taste. Im sorry but I won’t be supporting any Chipotle again. Very disappointed Feels like the feedback comments are not considered at all:(

  Disappointing experiences. Stale/undercooked rice on multiple occasions. Wasting reward points on free guac for a pickup order, and it says it on the printout sticker on the bag, and yet it gets forgotten anyway. Note to self to always check the bag and not trust it's correct, even during quiet hours. Food tastes good, atmosphere is nice when it's not too busy but can get cramped fast during busy hours. Overall good place to eat but be mindful of your order and check your bag before you leave.

  Any business is tough. The customer experience is key however in such a competitive market. I walked in to this restaurant today for the first time ever. The store was entirely empty, rather than being greeted and engaged the young worker at the front immediately stated that she was going on break and left and removed her apron. Another kind worker who was making rice eventually stepped up when he had the chance, but overall it just wasn’t not the way to captivate the customer. I left, I will consider trying this place another time but for today I enjoyed another healthy restaurant next door which was great. I hope this serves as small opportunity to learn and do a little better the next time which will be beneficial for business, the customer experience and an individual's future career path … we must care about the details!

  We frequent this Chipotle since opening in Barrie many many times during the month . Mostly everyone is happy smiling etc. We stuck with it newly opened store the first few weeks they ran out of items every time we went. One week no rice next no chips next no bean no veggies . I get it so we were accommodating and it has gotten better absolutely!! What I do not appreciate at all is when I ordered today . Not a soul was in there we walked up to the counter and were greeted by a lovely young lady who started the order . I took only half chicken paid for full my choice. Move along say my order . My mother orders daughter all good . We decide to eat and my mother realizes she forgot to say pico so we head back up and say sorry my mother forgot the pico and Rahman ( in the middle )the server says I asked her !! Who cares she forgot ok! I start eating and no sour cream so obviously you can tell she’s annoyed at this point . Hands me the sour cream in a container . Look lady no one’s trying to get away with an extra small dish of pico or sour cream . I can certainly afford to pay extra if it was the case that I wanted extra ! Perhaps a review of being pleasant and smiling to the customer who is spending THEIR money at your establishment would help !!!
